Concept
An exclusive group coaching program where professional coaching, real cases, and collective learning come together – facilitated by certified ICF coaches.
Confidentiality
Everything shared in the program stays in the room. We create a safe and confidential space where each participant can speak openly and reflect freely.
The program follows the ICF Code of Ethics, meaning both coaches and participants commit to strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.
Group Size
Maximum 12 participants – selected in order of registration.
Each applicant will be invited to a short individual interview to ensure a well-composed group and that the program is right for you.

Session 1 – In-person Kick-off:
- Introductions, psychological safety, building trust, and shared goal setting.
- Purpose, agreeing on expectations and approach.
Sessions 2–4 Online:
- Case-based conversations, reflective dialogue, coaching, peer support, and feedback.
- 1–2 participants present their current cases
- Theme Session 2: Values, vulnerability, and courage
- Theme Session 3: Leading change with emotions
- Theme Session 4: Relationships and networks
- Focus on enabling each participant to find their own solutions
• Session 5 – In-person Wrap-up:
- Insights, learning, feedback, and next steps.

Nina Wendelin
Nina creates space for wise, courageous and transformative conversations – the core of Grow & Glow Insight Circle™ .
The idea for the concept was born from a clearly expressed need she heard from female leaders through coaching processes: to meet in a safe setting where both strategic and human leadership are given space. This became the starting point for Grow & Glow Insight Circle ™.
As a professional coach, Nina has worked in recent years with leaders and teams across the Nordics and Europe in sectors such as banking and finance, ICT, tech, media, healthcare, food, and consulting.
She is driven by seeing people grow in self-awareness, leadership and courage – and by helping them find balance between clarity and empathy, strategy and presence.
Clients describe her as attentive, clear, committed, and with a sharp eye for patterns and opportunities.
Nina holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Hanken, is a certified PCC-level coach via ICF (International Coaching Federation), a trained team and group coach, and a certified SDI 2.0 Core Strengths facilitator.

Carina Granö-Träskelin
Carina’s solid leadership experience enables her to quickly identify and create the conditions for meaningful, learning-focused and results-oriented conversations – the heart of Grow & Glow Insight Circle ™.
Over the past 13 years, she has worked as a professional coach with individual clients, groups and teams within education, media, organizations and small to medium-sized companies.
She is motivated by seeing individuals and teams grow, develop, and handle new challenges in successful new ways.
Her clients see her as professional, challenging, warm and trustworthy.
Her other areas of expertise include creating everyday balance, managing stress and worry, and strengthening focus and presence in daily life.
