Joy from working with my dream job every day while continuing to grow as an entrepreneur. Pride in reaching several of the professional goals I set for myself 2024.

Milestones of the year:
• PCC Certification
After two years of focused effort, I achieved ICF’s PCC level (Professional Certified Coach). This required over 500+ coaching hours aligned with ICF’s ethical guidelines and core competencies, 125+ hours of professional coaching education, and passing a rigorous ICF Credentialing Exam.
• Team and Group Coaching Certification
A comprehensive effort involving in-depth study of ICF’s core competencies in team coaching and developing a complete team coaching program with a fantastic Swedish project partner.
• Development of New Concepts
Created coaching concepts for both individual leadership coaching, team and group coaching, which has been an exciting and rewarding journey.
• International Clients
I’ve had the pleasure of coaching clients from the Nordics, Europe, and globally, including Kenya, in team and leadership coaching, career coaching, and mentor coaching.
• Collaborations and Client Satisfaction
Through wonderful collaborations with clients and colleagues, I’ve strengthened my network and received highly positive feedback, inspiring me to move forward.
